Order Processing & Production

Our standard catalog jewelry is made to order. Each piece is prepared after your order is placed, and standard made-to-order orders typically ship within 5–7 business days after payment is confirmed. This timeframe covers order processing and production; it does not include transit time after shipment.

Selecting standard options shown on a product page, such as gold color, size, or diamond type, does not by itself make an item a custom order. Fully custom-designed or specially modified pieces may require additional time. We will discuss the estimated timeline for those orders individually.

Domestic Shipping (U.S.)

We offer complimentary insured shipping on U.S. orders of $500 or more. For orders that do not meet the free-shipping threshold, available shipping rates are shown at checkout. We use FedEx shipping services, with delivery speed depending on the service selected and the destination.

• A signature is required for orders over $500.
• We ship to physical addresses only; P.O. Boxes are not accepted.
• Saturday delivery, expedited shipping, or FedEx Hold at Location may be available upon request, depending on destination and service availability.
• Shipping transit time begins after your jewelry has been completed and handed to the carrier.

International Shipping

International orders can be shipped using available FedEx international services. Shipping availability, rates, and estimated transit times depend on the destination. Customers are responsible for any duties, taxes, customs charges, or import fees assessed by their destination country. Customs processing may cause additional delays.

Tracking & Delivery Notifications

Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information. Tracking updates may take some time to appear after a label is created or the carrier receives the package. Delivery estimates provided by the carrier are subject to change.

Returns, Damage & Missing Items

Please inspect your package upon delivery. If the package arrives visibly damaged, refuse delivery when possible or contact us immediately. Claims for damaged or missing items must be reported within 5 days of delivery.

Eligible standard made-to-order jewelry can be returned within 14 days of delivery for a refund, or within 15–30 days for store credit, subject to our return conditions. Lab-grown diamond jewelry, engraved pieces, and custom-designed or specially modified pieces are not eligible for return. See our Return & Refund Policy for complete details.

Special Delivery Requests

Need delivery to an eligible FedEx pickup location, a particular date, or discreet packaging for a surprise? Contact our team before placing your order so we can review the options available. Requested delivery dates cannot be guaranteed.
